Terms and Conditions: Polaris Youth Summer Promotion
 
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the " Polaris Youth Range Savings Promotion" (the "Promotion") offered by Polaris Britain, hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter." By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
 
1. Promotion Period: 
The Promotion begins on 1st June 2024 and ends on 31st August 2024 ("Promotion Period").
 
2. Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to residents of UK aged 18 and above.
Employees, immediate family members, or agents of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
 
3. Promotion Details:
The Promotion offers a savings of:
£1,159.80 on the purchase of a new Polaris Outlaw 70 ATV during the Promotion Period.
£1,199.80 on the purchase of a new Polaris Outlaw 110 ATV during the Promotion Period.
£1,199.80 on the purchase of a new Polaris Sportsman 110 ATV during the Promotion Period.
£1,099.80 on the purchase of a new Polaris Phoenix ATV during the Promotion Period.
£979.80 on the purchase of a new Polaris Ranger 150 ATV during the Promotion Period.
£1,059.00 on the purchase of a new Polaris RZR200 ATV during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Participate:
To avail the savings, customers must:
Purchase a new Polaris Outlaw 70, Polaris Outlaw 110, Polaris Sportsman 110, Polaris Phoenix, Polaris Ranger 150 or Polaris RZR 200, from an authorised Polaris dealer during the Promotion Period.
Provide necessary information as requested by the dealer for registration.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
 
5. Savings Details:
The savings as detailed within 3. Promotion Details. will be deducted from the total purchase price of the Polaris youth vehicle.
The savings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.
 
6. Promotion End Date:
The Promotion ends at 11:59 PM on 31st August 2024.
 
7. General Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
The Promotion is subject to availability, and the Promoter shall not be responsible for any unavailability of the Polaris Youth Range.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, or hardware/software.
 
8. Privacy:
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that their personal information may be used by the Promoter to administer the Promotion and as otherwise set out in the promoter's Privacy Policy.
 
9. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the English Courts.
